The 2025 Texas East 9U Sectional Tournament brought four days of exciting Little League baseball to George Park, hosted by Lamar Little League. The action began on Sunday, June 9, when El Campo (District 18) edged out Pearland (District 14) in the tournament opener. El Campo advanced to face host team Lamar Blue (District 36), who delivered a strong performance on Monday night, defeating El Campo 13-3 to move into the championship bracket.

Pearland bounced back with a powerful showing in the elimination game on Wednesday, defeating El Campo 20-3 to earn a spot in the finals. Needing to beat Lamar Blue twice to take the title, Pearland struck first on Thursday, handing Lamar their first loss of the tournament with an 11-4 win in the opening game of the doubleheader. But Lamar Blue responded like champions, regrouping quickly and dominating the winner-take-all final with an 11-1 victory to secure the sectional crown. With strong pitching, explosive offense, and steady defense, Lamar Blue capped off their run as the 2025 Texas East 9U Sectional Champions in front of their home crowd.
